Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TFL Insulated Bearings. We specialize in high-quality industrial bearings. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Bearings that have been installed, greased, or used in operation.
• Custom-made or special-order bearings customized to your specifications.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse (Ordered Wrong Size/Changed Mind): If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong model number), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fee

Returns due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong part) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs. This will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error, no fee will be charged.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
